1. Can I request a refund for the payment made?
      Please note that according to our End User Agreement all payments are final and there are no cancellations. Nevertheless, you may contact us and request a refund, we will carefully examine your case and inform you whether the payment is eligible for a refund.

    2. What payments are not eligible for a refund?
      Please note that redeemed purchases are not eligible for a refund. Also we do not accept refund requests if the payment was made more than 180 days ago.

    3. My refund was denied, can I still receive it?
      The decision regarding your refund is final and cannot be contested.
