There was an update aimed at resolving this issue, however it has been occuring again.

Please, if you encounter it, please, send us a request to helpmmo@lifeisfeudal.com and include following information:

 

  • Character name, region (EU, NA, etc), world (Avalon, Buyan, etc) and server number (can be found in top left corner of the screen)
  • Log files with timestamp, when you have attempted to use Guild or Personal claim management window. Information, how to extract client log files can be found here: https://lifeisfeudal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005840229-MMO-client-log-files
  • Screenshot or video which can display the issue.
  • Step-by-step instruction how we can reproduce the issue.
  • How often does this issue occur? Were you able to use this functionality properly?
