Resizing a personal claim is a manual operation. It is initiated from Authority skill menu by right clicking on any tile of your personal claim, not monument

You will see a common window with slight differences. Staring tile is the place you initiated a Resize action. Moving X and Y axis will draw a rectangle marked with green. New claim size is also shown in this dialog.

Such resize attempt will fail as it’s won’t pass all validation checks

  • Claim size should satisfy Authority skill formula (pass)
  • New claim area should include a Private monument (failed)
  • Claim cannot be narrow! One side can't be 3 times larger than the other (pass)
  • Rules from a Build section (pass)

Claim size (amount of tiles) = 30 + 2.2 x Real skill level but capped with 100 now

30 + 2.2 x 32.48 = 101.5 = 100

The recommendation is to begin claim resizing from a tile under you Private monument

All conditions are met in this example. Confirmation will be shown in a system chat

and new temporary lands will be drawn

At midnight, temporary lands support cost will be compared with an available point in Stock and in case of a possible check, change their status to active lands.

Permanent and temporary lands are pretty similar currently, but they will be modified to identify differences from the first look.

Here are the consumption rates for personal claim per 1 tile

Tiles  1-25 26-50 51-100
Copper coins 0.5 1 2

It’s also possible to Cancel resize. The ability called Remove That Claim! but it will be renamed soon. Here how it looks like at the moment. Temp lands layer is above Current lands and using Remove That Claim! ability on layers crossing will remove temp lands at first.
