Can I request a refund for the payment made?
Please note that according to our End User Agreement all payments are final and there are no cancellations. Nevertheless, you may contact us and request a refund, we will carefully examine your case and inform you whether the payment is eligible for a refund.
You can submit your request by sending an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject "Refund request"
We would assist you mush faster if you attach a Transaction number in your request. You can find it in the e-mail with payment confirmation and package activation.

What payments are not eligible for a refund?
Please note that redeemed/consumed purchases are not eligible for a refund. Also we do not accept refund requests if the payment was made more than 180 days ago.
My refund was denied, can I still receive it?
